“I think the wild is a bit like life - frightening sometimes, but beautiful.”
Charlie Mackesy,
The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.
What happens next?
We will be working together. So, before we begin, it is important for you to feel comfortable working with me, and for me to know I will be able to help you. Once you have made initial contact, we will book a time for an introductory phone conversation (at no cost and with no obligation) that usually lasts around 20-25 minutes.
If you decide to go ahead, typically our counselling relationship will start with a commitment to work together for a small number of sessions to get to grips with some of the things you are feeling (usually 50 minutes, usually at the same time and day, once a week). Often, after those initial sessions, clients decide to extend the work for longer to explore things they have discovered more deeply. We can regularly review our work and arrange this as we progress. It will always be up to you to choose when to extend, or end, our time together.
Cost, time and place
It is important that our “meeting place” works well for you, so it totally your choice. Whichever you decide, the session fee is the same: £70. Your options are:
- Face-to-face in London, SW12 (subject to COVID guidance)
- Online, using video conferencing facilities
We can talk about what might work best for you when we have our initial conversation.
Taking the first step
To make initial contact, you can either call me or complete the contact form below and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Sometimes my response to your form submission can go to your “Junk” mailbox. If you haven’t heard from me within a few days, please check as I usually respond promptly.
If you prefer to call, I am in session with clients for most of the day, so you may need to leave a message and I will get back to you.
